BY MAKING A BOOKING FOR A STAY AT A 7Q BANGLA HOTEL OR STAYING AT ANY 7Q BANGLA HOTEL YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU PROCEED WITH YOUR BOOKING.
General
 Your contract is with 7Q Bangla Hotel, associates, related companies, subsidiaries and who operate as a 7Q Bangla Hotel branded hotel.The general terms and conditions herein together with the Privacy Policy, Bookings & Cancellations Policy,Fee Schedule & Hotel Schedule and Add-Ons available on the 7Q Bangla Hotel Website (collectively, as may be varied, amended and/or supplemented from time to time, these "Terms and Conditions") and the booking confirmation issued by 7Q Bangla Hotel confirming your booking("Booking Confirmation") shall constitute a legally binding contract between you and 7Q Bangla Hotel and shall be further supplemented by the internal rules and regulations that apply specifically to the Hotel where you have booked your stay.In these Terms and Conditions, the words "we" or "us" means 7Q Bangla Hotel and its employees, officers, agents, suppliers and vendors, and use of the words"you" or "guest(s)/Guest(s)" means any and all persons for whom a Hotel room is booked. 
Bookings
 Bookings can be made through walkins or Online Travel Agencies.Full payment must be made at thetime of booking. We accept payment by Visa or Mastercard credit/debit cards,Paypal, or online bank transfers for most of our Hotels. The available paymentoptions are displayed during the booking process. A payment processing fee mayapply.Once your booking has beensuccessfully completed, a Booking Confirmation will be issued in respect ofeach room booked and sent to the email address provided in your registeredaccount. You MUST produce your Booking Confirmation(s) upon check-in at theHotel, together with your original valid photo identification document(national registration identity card, passport, driver's licence or otheridentification card or document as the Hotel may require). If you do notreceive your Booking Confirmation(s) within twenty-four (24) hours from thetime of booking, please contact us via the 7Q Bangla Hotel Website.Credit card bookings made withinfive (5) days prior to check-in date will require presentation of the creditcard used for payment of the booking during check-in. Failure to do so maydelay your check-in process.The 'Guest' named in the BookingConfirmation must be the person staying at the Hotel otherwise we reserve theright to cancel the booking.You may check your booking status viacontacting 7Q Bangla Hotel. At all times during the bookingprocess, you will be advised to ensure the accuracy of your booking details(guest details, stay dates, room types, room rates, number of guest(s),Add-Ons). 7Q Bangla Hotels will not be responsible or liable for errors inbooking details.Bookings are accepted subject toroom availability.

 RoomRates
 Room rates are charged on a per room per night basis. Meals and Add-Ons are not included.Room rates may or may not include service tax, service charge, VAT or GST (as applicable) and/or other similar charges or tax subject to the requirements of the country or location where the Hotel is located. These will be charged at the prevailing rates and are payable in the currency country where the Hotel is located. Room rates and details are correct at the time of publication and are subject to change without notice.7Q Bangla Hotel rooms 7Q Bangla Hotel room types are as follows and may vary among our Hotels in different locations:

• Budget Room :1 Queen-size bed. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults 
• Superior Room : 1 Queen-size bed. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults
• Deluxe Room : 1 Queen-size bed. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults + 1 child (below 5 years old at the date of check-in)
• Family Room : 1 Queen-size bed + 1 Single Bed with a maximum occupancy of 3 adults.

The following amenities are notavailable in our rooms:

• Room service, in-room, telephone, radio, wardrobe, iron and ironing board, bathrobe,  cots, towels
• Additional or extra beds, pillows or duvets

The following amenities areavailable in Hotel but are not included in room price. They are optionalamenities which can be purchased as Add-Ons·        MiniBar·        Snack Bar·        Breakfast·        Laundary ·        Bike On RentThe following amenities areavailable in Hotel:In-room television,air-conditioning, tea or coffee making facilities, free Wi-Fi

7Q Bangla Hotels practice astrict NO SMOKING policy in all Hotel premises ("Non SmokingPolicy"). Smoking is prohibited in any part of the Hotel premisesincluding but not limited to Hotel rooms, except in any smoking area(s)designated by 7Q Bangla Hotel (if any). Failure to comply with this policyshall entitle us to terminate your booking and stay at the Hotel at our solediscretion and you must leave the Hotel immediately without compensation orreimbursement. You shall be liable for any costs, loss or damage to the Hotelroom, premises or property, or incurred by Hotel guests or third party, arisingfrom your failure to comply with this policy and 7Q Bangla Hotels reservesthe right to charge you for any such costs, loss or damaged incurred by 7Q Bangla Hotels or any Hotel guests or third party.

Restrictions

You may not bring the following intoour Hotels:

• pets or livestock
• pillows, bed sheets, duvets or other items of bedding
• any electrical appliances and/or equipment for heating and/or cooking purposes

7Q Bangla Hotel reserves theright to remove and/or confiscate any of the above items found in any Hotelroom immediately without notice to you and to charge you for any costs incurredfor taking such action or for any loss or damage caused to the Hotel room,premises or property or to any Hotel guests or third party as a result of yourfailure to comply with this policy.7Q Bangla Hotel further reservesthe right to ask you to leave the Hotel and remove your belongings from theroom immediately if we shall, in our sole opinion, deem that you have used theHotel room in an irresponsible manner or in a manner that will compromise thesafety of, or cause damage and/or harm to the Hotel room, the Hotel premises,the other Hotel guests, our staff or any other persons or the reputation of 7Q Bangla Hotel, without any compensation and/or any reimbursement to you.

Check-in and Check-out 7Q Bangla Hotel operate a strict check-in and check-out policy. Please refer to the Hotel Schedule.

Check-in
Check In Time is 2:00 PM,  Booked roomswill be held for check-in until 6.00 pm the same day of the scheduled check-indate, after which the booking will be deemed cancelled upon no-show and 7Q Bangla Hotel shall be entitled to release the booked room(s) for the remainingstay dates to other guests. No refunds will be provided for the cancelledbooking.

Check-out
Check Out time is 12:00 PM. If you check-out beyond the stipulated time at theHotel of your stay, 7Q Bangla Hotel reserves the right, without furthernotice to you, to charge you an additional one (1) night's stay at the thenprevailing room rate or remove your belongings into the luggage storage facility(luggage storage charges may apply) and deny you further access into the room. 7Q Bangla Hotels shall not be liable for any loss or damage to your belongings asa result of the action(s) taken.

Changesand CancellationsPayments made for bookings(including Add-Ons, if any) are strictly non-refundable.

Changes
Change of Guest name on your booking is allowed if made three (3) full days ormore before check-in date subject to a Name Change Fee.

 Cancellations
Other than change of Guest name, all bookings cannot be amended, modified orcancelled. Any booking cancellation or failure to arrive on the scheduledcheck-in date will be treated as a no-show in respect of a booking and willresult in the total payment under that Booking Confirmation (including anyAdd-on charges together with any applicable tax paid) non-refundable and willbe forfeited.Unless otherwise expressly stated,no changes or cancellation will be allowed for promotional bookings. OptionalFacilitiesLuggage Storage
Luggage storage is available only for guests currently staying with the Hotel to store their luggage or other personal belongings before check-in or after check-out, at the Hotel’s option.You may purchase this through theHotels' front desk at a minimal charge. Each item of luggage will be tagged with a luggage identification tag and may only be retrieved by the bearer of the tag. If the tag cannot be produced during collection, we may nevertheless allow the luggage to be collected if the person claiming it can establish, to our satisfaction, his/her right or authority to collect the luggage and 7Q Bangla Hotel shall not be liable for any loss or damage for releasing the luggage accordingly. Each piece of luggage must weigh no more than 30kgs and may not exceed 28" x 22" x 14" in size. The maximum storage period is one (1) day (one (1) week for 7Q Bangla Hotel KLIA2). Should your luggage or item remain unclaimed upon expiry of the maximum storage period allowed, 7Q Bangla Hotel the absolute right and discretion to either continue storing the luggage(luggage storage charges shall continue to apply and you shall be liable for such charges) or to dispose of the luggage or item without any liability to you.You use the Hotel luggage storage facilities at your own risk. 7Q Bangla Hotels will not be responsible for loss of or damage to the luggage, the contents therein or your personal belongings (including any valuables, even if we have been advised) during storage or during the disposal process however caused and you hereby release 7Q Bangla Hotels from any liability in respect thereof.DamageYou are liable for any damage howsoever caused to the allocated room(s) or to the Hotel premises or property caused by you or any persons in your party (whether or not staying at theHotel) during your stay. 7Q Bangla Hotels reserves the right to retain yourcredit card and/or debit card details and charge or debit such amounts as itshall in its sole discretion deem fit on the said card(s) to compensate or makegood the loss, damage, costs or expenses incurred or suffered by 7Q Bangla Hotel as a result of the aforesaid. Regardless, 7Q Bangla Hotel furtherreserves the right to commence legal proceedings against you without notice.Right to Refuse Accommodation 7Q Bangla Hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation to you or any person(s) without any notice andterminate any booking without being liable for any refund or compensation forthe following reasons:

• the booking has been paid through fraudulent means
• the booking has been altered by anyone other than 7Q Bangla Hotel or 7Q Bangla Hotels' authorized agent or has been tampered with or the Booking Confirmation has been defaced (in which case 7Q Bangla Hotel reserves the right to retain such booking documentation)
• the person checking in is not or cannot prove that he/she is the person named in the Booking Confirmation
• as permitted under the provisions of these Terms and Conditions

Limitationof liability 7Q Bangla Hotel is responsible for providing the room(s) and Add-Ons stated in the Booking Confirmation(s) andaccording to these Terms and Conditions. We do not accept any liability forfailure to provide the services contracted or any of them due to circumstancesbeyond our control.To the extent permitted by law, 7Q Bangla Hotel do not accept any liability arising out of any occurrences beyondits control including but not limited to acts of terrorism, acts of God, flood,war, strikes, riot, theft, delay, cancellation, civil disaster, governmentregulations or changes in itinerary or schedule.Without affecting any statutoryconsumer rights or other laws that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited, 7Q Bangla Hotel will not be liable for loss of any kind whatsoever arising out of,caused by, attributable to or resulting from your booking or stay at therelevant Hotel even if caused or contributed to by 7Q Bangla Hotel’snegligence, wrongful act / omission or breach of these terms and conditions orbreach of duty or otherwise.All activities have inherent risksto health and safety and 7Q Bangla Hotel will not be responsible for anyeventualities related to any activities or services during your stay at a Hotel.7Q Bangla Hotel will not beresponsible for any loss or damage of property left in Guest's room and/or theHotel property at all times. Guests are advised to obtain insurance to covercurtailment, and loss of luggage, personal effects, damages, personal injuryand money/valuable belongings.

 Privacy& Data Protection

7Q Bangla Hotel will retain allpersonal information you provide during booking. By making a booking with us orusing the 7Q Bangla Hotel Website, you consent to our use and/or disclosureof your personal details to our franchisees, branches, related corporations,associates, subsidiaries, affiliates, assignees, proposed assignees, agents,commercial partners, service providers and/or any other parties engaged by usto enable or assist us in the provision of services or to exercise or enforceour rights hereunder and/or any other party as 7Q Bangla Hotel may, in oursole and absolute discretion, deem necessary for the following purposes:

• to process your booking and for other administrative purposes
• to provide you customer support and services
• to send you information on products and services, and special or promotional offers, newsletters or customer survey forms and questionnaires. You may unsubscribe from these at any time by clicking on the “unsubscribe link” on the relevant email communications.

We may also be legally obliged todisclose, and you irrevocably consent to our disclosing, your personalinformation to government and enforcement agencies, regulatory bodies andpublic authorities or as may be required by law. This may involve sending yourpersonal information between different countries.We will use our best endeavors touse your personal information in the manner stated herein and will nototherwise disclose your personal information without your prior written consent.GoverningLawsYour contract with 7Q Bangla Hotel is governed by the laws of the country where the Hotel you booked yourstay with is located and any disputes shall be settled in the courts of thatcountry.Changesto the these Terms & Conditions 7Q Bangla Hotel reserves theright to cancel, amend or vary the arrangements and content featured on the 7Q Bangla Hotel Website and/or change, amend, vary or add to these Terms andConditions at any time without prior notice. You will be notified of anychanges to these Terms and Conditions as made available on the 7Q Bangla Hotel Website. 

Conflictbetween English Text And Other Language TextIf there is any conflict ordiscrepancy between the English text of these Terms and Conditions and anytranslation thereof into any other language, the English text shall prevail.
